The Mobile Museum ​​​

• The Mobile Museum will do its best to accommodate last minute bookings, subject to availability.

​

• The client should email The Mobile Museum if any additional information is needed to be able to carry out the booking.

​​

• All bookings can be cancelled by the client.  Charges will be made to cancelled bookings as follows: less than 3 days before the event, 50% of the booking fee.  If no warning is given & cancellation is on arrival, the charge will be 100% of the booking fee.

​

• The Mobile Museum will not visit venues which have a Covid outbreak on the day of the visit.  If there is an outbreak of Covid at a booked venue, The Mobile Museum must be informed as soon as possible, so another date can be booked. 

​

• In the unlikely event that The Mobile Museum has to cancel the booking due to illness or travel disruption due to adverse weather conditions, the booking will be rescheduled to an alternative date.

​

• A member of the school/care home staff must stay with the pupils/residents at all times throughout the visit.  It is the client's responsibility to manage pupil's/resident's behaviour whilst The Mobile Museum are undertaking the display and workshop.  This is to enable The Mobile Museum to focus on giving the best experience possible to the client.

• Pupils and staff must adhere to Covid-19 government guidelines; using hand sanitiser at regular intervals.

​

• Any breakages made by children, school/venue staff or school/venue volunteers, accidental or otherwise, must be paid for by the school/venue.

​

• Venues must provide a large table or some smaller tables, of approximately 6 feet in total, for the display.​​

​

• For the school workshop, the client must provide approximately 6 large chairs for the Home Guard camouflage activity and 1 large table or 2 small tables, up to the size of 8 feet for the display.

​

• You are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions when booking.

​

• The Mobile Museum has full public liability insurance.
